Convention Customer Service Representatives

VISIT Milwaukee is pleased to offer convention and registration assistance to our clients.

The benefit in working with VISIT Milwaukee CCSR's is the experience and knowledge our staff brings to your organization. The Convention Customer Service Representatives work throughout the year servicing numerous conventions in a variety of ways. For the past several years, clients have commented on the exceptional service and assistance they have received.

Each CCSR is a part-time/call-in employee of VISIT Milwaukee. These trained representatives have been given resource materials to assist you in servicing your attendees while here in Milwaukee.

Convention activities serviced include:

  • Registration staffing
  • Meeting planner assistant
  • Exhibit booth assistant
  • Seminar room helper
  • Credential processing
  • Cashiers
  • Typing and general word processing
  • Visitor information and direction assistance when requested
  • Dine-Around booth/service - recommend member restaurants and make reservations on site
  • Event and/or Transportation coordination/assistance
  • Other miscellaneous duties: (help registrants find correct booth/meeting rooms; assist in the visitor information center located at the Midwest Airlines Center; distribute name badges/holders; etc.)
